Recruiting an Apprentice

In general apprentices work for at least 30 hours a week, however, the number of hours an apprentice works each week depends on your business requirements and employee terms and conditions.

The Employer Journey

This covers the full overview of how the apprenticeship will be processed, from starting with your enquiry to recruiting an apprentice!

Employer Incentive

The Welsh Government Employer Incentive has been designed to encourage employers to get first-hand experience of the benefits of recruiting disabled people.

Workforce Development

We offer a flexible training service which allows for the staff development to be carried at a time and place to suit your business and employee needs.
